1. MUSIC
I really need to have good music pumping in my headphones. You know when you hear that awesome song that just makes you dance? Put some more of thoose in your workout playlist and if you feel like dancing you mind as well run. Here are my top 3 songs right now!

2. OUTFIT
Yeah, yeah, you're going to the gym and no one cares how you look. You get all sweaty and nasty anyway. But who doesn't like to look nice? It is like you're going out, which outfit makes you feel better? Something old, dull and worn out or something you really feel like your best self in?
I'm not saying you need to go and spend shit loads of money and buy new stuff all the time. Just invest in a good pair of shoes and a workout outfit that you like and feel comftorable in. Remember, it is not what other people think thats the main point, it is how you feel. I never put on nice clothes for someone else (except my boyfriend sometimes), I do it for me. I like to feel nice, and I think everyone does.
Right now I'm working out in my Reebook Runtone shoes, and I think they are great! And my adidas shorts, they are okey but they are not very practical when you're stretching out, in some positions you kind of show your panties.. Just realised that today when I went to the gym. Next time I'll wear my tights instead.
3. INSPIRATION
Sometimes we need a little push or inspiration to keep going. It can be from you're workout partner, someone you think looks good and healthy. Or that girl at the gym that you think has the perfect body. Come on, she is always there, looking superfit and makes you feel like a fat cow. But, in that case, it just makes me work harder. And maybe pause and stare at her for a while.
Anyway, back to the subject. My biggest inspiration right now is the blogger Caroline Roxy. I think she got an amazing body. She blogs about fashion and work out.
How can you not want that body?!
My second biggest inspiration is my boyfriend. He really pushes me to go to the gym and workout. We use to promise each other to go to the gym. It is a good thing to do, cause if you get lazy and you're thinking "Nah, I'll go tomorrow" you remember that you promised someone to go and then you feel bad for not going.
4. FOOD
When you have started to work out it feels better to eat healthy, and when you start to eat healthy you want to work out. Food is important, and eating healthy should not be boring. I started last tuesday, so far I'm doing good! Said no to chips at work!
Today I had some healthy bread with philadelphia, turkey and avokado. Yummie! Later on I'm going to make a delicious salad with pear and avokado.
I'm too lazy to write this in swedish, but I think everyone back in Sweden understand everything.
